Crispy Chicken Tenders
1 cup flour
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons water
24 chicken strips, tenders or breasts sliced
Combine flour, pepper, cayenne in a shallow dish. Place breadcrumbs also in a shallow dish. Combine eggs and water in a small dish. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then eggs, last bread crumbs. In small batches, fry chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
