Chocolate Chip Coconut Macadamia Cookies
Cream together:
1 pound butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
Add & beat:
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Stir into batter:
3 cups coconut
1 1/2- 2 bags Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 bags (5 ounce) large chopped macadamia nuts, unsalted
Scoop batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
