Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cream together:
1 pound butter, room temperature
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
Add & beat:
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Stir into batter:
2-3 cups chopped nuts
4-6 cups Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips.
Scoop batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
