Cherry Twink Cookies
Sift:
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Set aside
Combine:
3/4 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Blend in:
Dry sifted ingredients and mix well.
Add:
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup dry tart cherries
1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
Drop onto a cookie sheet with a spoon. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
