Place in a single layer on a cookie sheet:
Pre-cooked Costco Bacon
Sprinkle generously with brown sugar
Crack freshly ground pepper on bacon

Bake in a 350° oven about 3 minutes. Place on paper towels and blot carefully to as not to loose any of the sugar! If you make multiple batches, wash the cookie sheet each time to keep the grease at a minimum.
