Cookie Pizza
Sugar Cookie Crust:
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine or butter
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix margarine, eggs and sugar well. Add dry ingredients. Refrigerate for a half hour or so. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness to fit on pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
Layer 2:
8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
8 ounce extra creamy Cool Whip
Cream together and spread on cooled crust.
Decorate with fruit!
