Brownie Bites

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix together ingredients. Spray non-stick coking spray in mini cup cake pan. Place rounded teaspoon of brownie mixture in mini cupcake pan. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.

Topping:
8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
8 ounce extra creamy Cool Whip
1 teaspoon vanilla

Cream sugar and cream cheese in a mixer. Add Cool Whip and vanilla, then mix. Pipe onto cooled brownie bites and garnish with berries.
