Layered Pudding Pies

Layer 1:
1 1/8 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/4 sticks of cold butter
Cut cold butter into flour and nuts (like pie crust) and spread into a 9x13 pan. Press down firmly. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350°
Let cool completely.

Layer 2:
8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounce extra creamy Cool Whip
Cream together and spread on cooled crust.

Layer 3:
2 small packages Jello instant pudding mix (favorite flavors: pistachio, chocolate, coconut)
3 cups cold milk
Mix until thick. You may need to refrigerate for a few minutes if needed, then spoon onto cream cheese mixture.

Layer 4:
8 ounce extra creamy Cool Whip
Add top layer of Cool Whip. On a chocolate pie grate chocolate curls on the top. Pistachio: chopped pistachios or the same nut used in the crust. Coconut: sweetened shredded coconut.
