2 whole slabs pork baby back ribs
favorite dry rub (The Gourmet Collection: BBQ Bonanza)
Apply rub generously to both sides of the ribs, then wrap in foil, leaving the end open to pour in braising liquid.

Braising liquid:
1 cup cooking wine
2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon honey
Warm all ingredients just until honey is melted and everything combined. Put liquid equally into the foil wrapped ribs. Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 hours. Take out ribs and let rest. when ready to serve, get grill hot and get a quick sear on the ribs to give a smoky flavor and a little crispness. Baste with favorite barbecue sauce if desired.
