Strawberry Fields Forever Salad
Spring Greens Mix and Romaine Mix Greens
3 cups sliced strawberries
2 cans (11 ounce) mandarin oranges, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 cup celery, chopped
1 english cucumber, chopped
1 cup grapes, halved
1 red bell pepper, chopped
Lightly dress above ingredients with Brianna’s Blush Wine vinaigrette and sprinkle with candied almonds.
Candied Almonds:
1 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sugar
sea salt
Put almonds and sugar in a heavy pan on medium heat, stirring often until sugar is crystalized. Turn out on a cookie sheet to cool and sprinkle with sea salt.
