Eagle Scout Treats

Eagle Nests:

24 ounces milk chocolate chips (Ghiradelli or Guittard)
12 ounces chow mein noodles
candy eggs

Place chocolate chips in a large glass bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments until they are melted. Stir until smooth. Add the noodles and toss carefully until coated. Spoon the mixture onto parchment paper and with a spoon, shape into a nest. Place candy eggs into the nest.

Eagle heads:

Melt white chocolate and dip a large marshmallow, then roll the upper part in coconut, leaving the bottom with plain white chocolate and place on an Oreo. Use black gel for eyes and a cashew for the beak.
