Apple Crisp
#1 Crumble
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups quick rolled oats
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup butter melted

Peeled and sliced granny smith apples to fill a 9x13 baking dish

1 cup sugar
3 teaspoons corn starch
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine and cook in a saucepan stirring until thick and clear (about 10 minutes)
Pour #3 over #2, then put #1 evenly on top.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Rhubarb is a great addition to the apples!
