Langoustine or Chicken Alfredo
Alfredo Sauce:
1 stick butter
1 cup cream
2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper and salt
In a skillet melt butter with cream gently. Add cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Add cooked langoustine, shrimp or chicken and just warm through. Do not over cook! Pour over cooked pasta and garnish with chopped fresh basil and parsley.
