Lemonade
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
8 cups water
In a small pan combine sugar and 1 cup of the water. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sugar. Allow this simple syrup to chill in the fridge. When ready to serve, add the lemon juice and other 7 cups of cold water. Serve over ice.
