Madi's Chicken Pita Pockets with Dill Sauce
Chicken:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon crushed oregano
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
Marinate for 1 hour or longer. Cook in large frying pan.
Dill Sauce
1 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup dill
1 teaspoon Bon Appetit seasoning
Serve in pita pockets with cucumbers and tomatoes.
